Why are your prices lower than other sites?
We use a 'Zero-Markup' affiliate model. We don't add service fees on top of the airline or hotel price. You pay exactly what the direct provider charges, sometimes less if we find a special partner deal.
Is it safe to book through TravelHub?
Yes. Your payment is never processed by us. You are redirected to trusted global giants like Booking.com, Cleartrip, and Uber to complete the transaction securely.
Do you offer customer support?
For booking modifications, your best support channel is the partner holding your reservation (their number will be on your ticket). For general platform queries, you can email support@travelhub.ai.
Can I book a hotel without a credit card?
Many of our hotel partners offer 'Pay at Hotel' options. Look for the 'No Pre-payment Needed' tag in the search results.
